Isaiah is another one of our graduates from our Baby’s First Year program! We have been blessed to be able to photograph him several times since his birth! It’s amazing how time flies and how quickly he has grown up. Here are some of my faves from this family session.

This was one of the most fun baby shoots ever. Kaiya was a precious SLEEPY model… and we really can’t ask for more than that! We have been on such a high with newborn pics lately. I feel like I have re-discovered a passion and can’t wait to shoot some more babies! Anyone have a little one cook’n? We’d love to photograph your gift when he/she arrives!

Payten Ashley – Baby Photography

I feel so blessed every time we get to photograph little Payten! She is no stranger to this blog as we have been documenting her life since before she was even born with her parents engagement, wedding, and pregnancy! Along with several sessions since she was born! She is now a little over a year old and full of life!Can’t get enough of that cute little face!

I just LOVE these little curls!

Mason – Newborn Photography

We had oodles of fun photographing Mason! First off, he is the son of another one of our past wedding couples — Melissa & Jeremy! So not only did we get to photograph a sweet little munchkin, but we got to hang out and catch up with Melissa & Jeremy and find out how life has been since their wedding! It is always really special to us when our wedding clients come back to us for their baby pics! We feel so honored and excited about sharing in this next milestone in their lives.

I LOVE these first shots in the metal bin!

Seriously, everytime I see this pic I want to kiss him and pinch his little cheeks. These are the freaking cutest lips ever!

I was a little nervous when we started shooting because he was already a month old (we really like to get our babies in to photograph in the first two weeks). However, my fears were all for nothing. He was such a good baby! He slept well for us and allowed us to play!

I just love the detail of his little fingers here.

He was such a cutie in these hanging shots!

He reminds me of a little peanut.

Ethan – Baby Photography

I had the pleasure of seeing one of our past wedding couples again today – Pam & Matt -as they picked up their son Ethan’s one year album. This session completed our Baby’s First Year program where we have documented Ethan’s short life through several sessions and then combined the images together to make a book. How awesome is that! How many of us SAY we are going to do a scrapbook or make an album of our child’s first year…and then don’t? (By the way, I am guilty as well!!) With our First Year Programs, it takes the pressure off mommy & daddy as they know for sure that their precious little one will have an album showing their major milestones of their first year!

So, I thought I would share a few images from his birthday session! He is such a happy and sweet child and we would expect no less coming from his parents!

I am such a sucker for these newsboy hats! I call them “Pepe” hats because they remind me of my grandfather… however, I don’t actually recall my grandpa wearing any! LOL.

We were excited to photograph Ricky & Amiee’s little gift. It was just a short time ago that we were photographing another memorable event in their life – their wedding! It is so fun to re-connect with our wedding couples as their lives transition and change! Here’s little Tripp!! We’ll start off with my favorite picture.

Ally’s Senior Shoot

We had the awesome opportunity to shoot Ally a couple times in that we have been photographing the cheerleaders at the local high school for a couple years… and now it was finally time to shoot Ally for her very own senior photos! We had fun, but I think Ally had a great time as well! She was fun and lively — she has this quirky cuteness to her that I love!

This next one was one of their favorites! I think it truly captures HER!

I loved these field shots! The wind was blowing her hair and I could see her “warming up” to the camera!

I love the tenderness and sweetness I see in her in the next few.

Tessa Valentine — Newborn Photography

A few years back, Donny and I met with our financial planner. We told him we wanted to plan for the worst case scenario (financially) — 5 GIRLS. Now, don’t get us wrong. We love baby girls and we want a big family — and the twins definitely helped out in that! However financially– planning and paying for 5 WEDDINGS! Ahhhhh!! Well, we have two girls so far, so we will see what happens!

Well this family is dear to our hearts and their most recent addition to their family is their 4th girl! How awesome is that! All of the girls are so in love with their little sister! Donny was blessed to be able to photograph little Tessa in their home during her first few weeks of life. Here are some of my favorite images from the session. This first one is my absolute favorite. It just hits me to the core of how special children are and what a gift God has given in entrusting us with His little ones. If these were my girls, it would be some massive 4 foot x 6 foot print in my home.
